Unfortunately, due to the nature of the items we sell, for sanitary purposes there are no refunds or exchanges.

In the unlikely event you receive a damaged item, we will gladly replace it or reimburse you with in-store credits for the value of your purchase, however, this may not include your delivery costs. Please ensure you contact us regarding any issues within 7 days of receiving your products.
